A Xlingit native of Angoon Alaska, D-script migrated to Sitka in 2004. In Sitka he began working with Phonetic, Meathead (formerly M!celf), Madd Love, and LPIII. The group was called Highly Unlikely and the album, “The Birth” became the first hip-hop release in Sitka’s history. The drum machine that D-script brought with him from Angoon had been the backbone of the project. With his new project, “ILLeagle Living…”, D-script intends to make a clear statement that he has the most native tongue in hip-hop.
