Spencer Battiest

Spencer Battiest, a Seminole from Florida, grew up singing gospel music and hymns in Miccosukee, Creek, and Choctaw before turning his sights on Pop R&B. As a teen he was plucked out of over 3,000 young hopefuls to perform live on Broadway at the International Presentation of Performers (IPOP) where he won Male Vocalist of the Year. He has performed live on ESPN, ESPN2, HBO, and Showtime. He’s opened for Aerosmith, Sting and The Police and performed in London’s Hyde Park for an audience of over 100,000. In 2011 Spencer wrote, produced and performed “The Storm” with his Brother “Doc” which went on to win Best Music Video of The Year at the American Indian Film Festival in San Francisco California. Since moving to LA in 2012 Spencer has added acting to his list of accomplishments
